About Ajdin

Ajdin Kurbegovic is one of the founders of Swefleet and today leads the business, while also working as a job coach himself. He has a background in finance.

He helped start Swefleet after seeing how labour market programmes often become impersonal: participants become cases and plans become templates. The aim was an organisation where every participant gets their own coach and support that starts from them. Today he runs Swefleet together with a team of coaches.

Outside Swefleet, Ajdin is the founder of and an accounting consultant at Ekonomico, an accounting firm in Gothenburg, where he works with bookkeeping, year-end accounts, payroll and advice. He is also a transport consultant at Yrkestrafiktillståndet, where he works with applications and contact with the authority.

Ajdin is also Swefleet’s contact person for data protection questions.
