    An interview, a study visit or a work experience placement. Placements are decided by Arbetsförmedlingen.

    Employment, sometimes with support

    If you want to hire, employment with support can lower the wage cost. We show you what may apply.

Work experience placement with no wage cost

The trainee receives compensation from Försäkringskassan. You provide a supervisor. Arbetsförmedlingen decides, consults the trade union and carries out checks, which takes at least ten working days. How it works.

Employment with support can lower the cost

New start jobs, introductory jobs, labour market entry agreements and wage subsidies. With an introductory job you can receive 80 per cent of the wage cost for pay up to SEK 20,000 per month. See all types of support.

We are not a staffing agency

We do not sell staff. We are a provider of Prepare and Match (Rusta och matcha) on behalf of Arbetsförmedlingen and want our participants to end up in the right place, with you.

Common questions from employers

Does it cost anything to take on a candidate?

Our help costs you nothing. A work experience placement involves no wage cost, since the trainee receives compensation from Försäkringskassan, but you need to have a supervisor who hosts the person.

How long is a work experience placement?

At most six months, and at most three months for someone taking part in the job guarantee for young people (jobbgarantin för ungdomar). It is Arbetsförmedlingen that decides on the placement and how long it will be.

Which industries do you work with?

Our coaches have experience of administration, finance and law, social work, sales and purchasing, and education. But we match candidates with every industry where there is a need.

What happens if the candidate is not a good fit?

You are under no obligation to hire. We talk about what did not work and suggest another candidate if you wish.

Who applies for a new start job?

The employer applies to Arbetsförmedlingen themselves using an e-ID, at least three weeks before the employment starts. We help you understand which support may be relevant.
