About Swefleet
We exist to make the path to work clear, personal and safe. With us, you are a person with your own strengths and goals, not a case.
The people behind Swefleet
Ajdin Kurbegovic helped start Swefleet after seeing how labour market programmes often become impersonal. Participants become cases, plans become templates and the human contact disappears.
With a background in finance and a conviction that the right support can change a person’s whole direction, he wanted to help build something different. Today Ajdin runs the business together with a team of coaches who share the same view: every meeting counts.

Applying for Swedish citizenship?
Since 6 June 2026, most people who apply for citizenship need to pass a test in civics. We work with Medborgarskapskursen, an online course with lessons and practice questions for the test, in Swedish and English.
