What is a KA number?
It is the provider’s number at Arbetsförmedlingen. You will find it under the provider’s name in Search for providers. Swefleet’s KA number is 10075681.
How long do I have to choose?
Five working days from when you received the decision. If you do not choose a provider, Arbetsförmedlingen appoints the one closest to where you live.
Can I choose you if I live outside Gothenburg?
Yes. We help participants across the Gothenburg area, including Mölndal, Partille, Lerum, Ale and Kungälv. You need to be able to get to the office in Hisings Backa at least every four weeks.
Can you change provider?
Yes. You contact Arbetsförmedlingen, and the change takes place after a 14-day notice period.
When does it start?
The service starts on the eleventh working day after you have been placed with us. The first meeting is always at the office.
